Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info — email and Clerk-provided identifiers (Clerk user ID).
• Billing info — Stripe customer / subscription IDs. Card numbers and CVCs never touch our servers; Stripe handles them.
• Usage data — for each API request: timestamp, template ID, parameters (title, subtitle, etc.), cache status, response time.
• Server logs — IP, user-agent, and standard HTTP metadata as captured by Cloudflare and Vercel.

2. Why we collect it

• To deliver the Service (auth, rendering, billing).
• To enforce per-plan quotas and prevent abuse.
• To debug incidents and improve performance.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, billing inquiries).

3. Sub-processors

We share necessary data with the following providers to operate the Service:

• Clerk — authentication and identity (US).
• Supabase — primary database for users, keys, and usage records (Tokyo region).
• Stripe — payments and subscription management (US).
• Cloudflare — edge hosting, R2 image cache, and DNS (global).
• Vercel — web hosting (US / global edge).

4. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage records older than 24 months are deleted on a rolling basis. Billing records are retained for the period required by Japanese tax law (currently 7 years).

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing reevine1331@googlemail.com. Account deletion can also be initiated from the dashboard once enabled.

6. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session management (set by Clerk) and Stripe-set cookies for fraud prevention during checkout. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data transfers

Some sub-processors are located outside Japan (United States). By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your data to those jurisdictions, subject to the contractual safeguards each provider offers (DPA, SCCs).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
